Virtual appointments may be maintained if unwell, but can also be cancelled upon request. Please give 24 hours notice before cancelling an appointment (unless unwell, but please do try to give as much notice as possible). As per the agreement signed, if cancelled within 24 hours, you are subject to a 50% charge, 100% charge if no show. These charges are not reimbursed by insurance. Thank you!
