Dynamic Cupping is a treatment that uses silicone cups to suction onto the skin. This method pulls tissues apart which in turn encourages blood flow into the area. This brings fresh nutrients to the area which helps with tissue health. Pulling the tissues apart can act like a variation of a stretch, improving muscle health and vitality. 

Cupping is a great complement to massage, as massage focuses on push techniques and cupping is a pull technique. Combined, these treatment methods make up an all-encompassing approach.

**Please note that cupping tends to create "hickey like bruising" that can last for several days.
