Mobile Therapy

Suitable for couples, small parties, or families with children. Book a slot and then contact us directly as to how you want to specifically split the time. If you want .5 hours, book the higher amount of time.

Relaxation massage helps to reduce stress, allowing the body to rest and heal itself.

Therapeutic massage helps to reduce issues related to muscle pains, and/or issues with tendons or ligaments. It offers pressure suitable to client needs and involves tools such as RAPID integration. 

Deep-tissue isn’t really its own massage, but is rather a pressure applied in either relaxation or therapeutic massage settings. Let your massage therapist know if you’re wanting deep-tissue treatment at the start of the appointment.

Appointments range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. 

60 minutes is best for a general full body massage, or a massage with a specific focus on a couple of problem areas on the body. 
90 minutes is best for a longer general full body massage as well as a focus on a couple of problem areas on the body.

Therapeutic or Relaxation

Dynamic Cupping is a treatment that uses silicone cups to suction onto the skin. This method pulls tissues apart which in turn encourages blood flow into the area. This brings fresh nutrients to the area which helps with tissue health. Pulling the tissues apart can act like a variation of a stretch, improving muscle health and vitality. 

Cupping is a great complement to massage, as massage focuses on push techniques and cupping is a pull technique. Combined, these treatment methods make up an all-encompassing approach.

**Please note that cupping tends to create "hickey like bruising" that can last for several days.

Dynamic Cupping

Add essential oil aromatherapy to your massage treatment. You can choose from a list of essential oils to add to your massage. Have your own oil? You can ask to use your own at no additional cost!
